great location, amazing cottage, well-equipped and spacious. Beach and high street just a minute away. Courtyard for fresh air. A gem of a stay, exceeded expectations in Broadstairs. Loved it.
Steep and spiral stairs, not suitable for limited mobility.

Mind-blowing location, super spacious and well-equipped cottage with jaw-dropping beach access and a fantastic courtyard for fresh air. Loved the spacious bedrooms, basement for little ones, and nearby restaurants. Faultless communication.

Stayed in a charming house with lovely views. They even had towels, wow! Perfect location for exploring and a great spot for a family stay. Thank you so much!
I loved the challenge of climbing the steep and narrow stairs, definitely a workout for my limited mobility.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa y en una buena zona. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy limpias y bien cuidadas. El desayuno ofrecido en el hotel es bastante bueno.
Nada de verdad.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Retreat, ideally located just steps from bars, restaurants, and the seafront. Despite being in the heart of everything, the villa is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the kitchen, although small, had everything we needed. The restored square where the villa is situated adds to the unique atmosphere. Communication with the host was faultless, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Sea Views: From the moment I stepped into the holiday home, I was instantly captivated by the breathtaking sea views. It felt as if I had my very own picturesque postcard, with the shimmering waters stretched out before me like a tranquil oasis.
Shower Thermostats: The only niggle was the shower thermostats being a little hit and miss. I could have used a more consistent temperature, especially after a refreshing swim in the sea.

I always return to my favorite seaside spot. The staff helped my old parents with warmth and fond memories remain. It suits me perfectly with free parking, a kettle, kitchenware, a TV, outdoor dining, beach access. Can't wait for Christmas return!

Fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to bars, restaurants, and cafes. The accommodation was clean and set back in a quiet courtyard, making it a real gem. The courtyard out front and the little garden out back were lovely additions, perfect for enjoying meals or taking a break from the sun, sea, and sand. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the communication with the host was faultless.
The lack of a map showing the precise location of the square and cottage, which made unloading a bit challenging upon arrival. parking was limited to a small layby with only three spaces available, and during peak season, it might be difficult to find parking.

Our stay at the Seaside Retreat was wonderful. The location was perfect, being central to the beach and main restaurants, yet still secluded and peaceful. The restored square where the cottage is situated has a unique and charming atmosphere. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped for a family stay. We appreciated the small touches like having dishwasher tablets and tea towels provided. The house was clean and tidy, and we were immediately impressed upon arrival.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of firewood available in winter, which would have been a nice option even at an extra cost. Additionally, the shower in the upstairs bathroom was at best lukewarm, and it would have been helpful to have some guidance on how to improve the temperature.

Fab location, minutes from beach. Quiet with lovely courtyards. Enjoyed lunch in sun. Comfy beds, great communication. Central to restaurants yet secluded. Restored square has unique atmosphere. Fantastic location, clean accommodation. Bars, restaurants, cafes a stone's throw away. Set back in courtyard, extremely quiet. Gem. Small kitchen table, but no bother. Faultless communication. Great period house, clean rooms. Authentic open fire. Recommend to families. Welcoming locals.

I recently stayed at the Seaside Retreat and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and cafes. The accommodation itself was clean, smart, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as the house is set back in a courtyard. The communication from the staff was faultless, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic seaside getaway.
